For all orders over $399, we offer FREE tracked shipping with DHL or Fedex to all countries.
WE ONLY SHIP TO THE RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL ADDRESS OF THE RECIPIENT.
SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost will be calculated based on your preferred shipping method and the country of shipping and will be shown in your cart during the checkout. However, if your cart total is $399 and above – FREE SHIPPING will be applied to your cart automatically.
DELIVERY TIME
All of our orders are dispatched within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Our working days are Monday – Friday, excluding the Thai National Holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, depending on the selected courier, it usually takes between 3-7 days to reach your doorstep. During the checkout process, you will have the chance to choose your preferred courier, and the estimated delivery time per courier will be displayed.
Tracking numbers for all shipments will be sent within 1 working day of your order being dispatched.
COURIERS
We ship all of our orders tracked with FedEx or DHL as they provide the best security and traceability. Upon checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred courier.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAX
All orders may be subject to import taxes and duties. We do not collect payment for import taxes or duties on our website, nor are they included in the product price or shipping cost.
