America (North)

Canada:
Orders are subject to a 8.5% HTS Duty + 5% import VAT
United States Of America (U.S.A):
Due to recent changes in the import regulations to the US, all silver jewelry orders from Thailand are now subject to the following:
- For silver jewelry valued over $1.50 per unit:
  - Existing HTS Duty: 5%
  - New Tariff: 12.5%
  - Total Duty: 17.5%
- For silver jewelry valued under $1.50 per unit:
  - Existing HTS Duty: 13.5%
  - New Tariff: 12.5%
  - Total Duty: 26%
De Minimis Exemption Ends August 29, 2025:
The U.S. de minimis exemption threshold of $800, which previously permitted low-value imports to enter with no additional duty, will be discontinued for all countries.
