Q: Do you do third-party testing for your wholesale findings?
A: Absolutely. In Thailand, we partnered with a reputable external laboratory like SGS & Intertek, which imvolves assessments of hypoallergenic properties and checks for the presence of harmful substances such as levels of cadmium, lead and nickel to ensure that our silver comply with ASTM and REACH standards.
If you require testing specifically for your order, we can arrange that as well. However, please note that there will be an additional charge for this service to cover the testing costs.
Q: Do your butterflies/backs fit all your wholesale stud earring designs?
A: Most of our backs are designed to fit standard stud earring sizes, with a post thickness of 0.8mm. If you are looking for something different from what we offer, please feel free to contact our team for further assistance.
